Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge any time before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel, please email our Customer Service team at email@indospark.com with:

• Order number
• Contact details
• Reason for cancellation

If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After Dispatch

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will be treated as a return request.

In such cases:

• Delivery and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
• The product must meet return eligibility conditions

Refund will be processed only after the goods are received and inspected.

Return Policy

You may return products within 28 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Product must be unused and in saleable condition
• Product must be in original, undamaged packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included

We will assess the overall condition of the returned goods before approving a refund.

Customers are responsible for all delivery/return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, contact email@indospark.com with your order details and reason for return. A return form will be provided and must be enclosed with the goods. Returns without this form may not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or worn products
• Products damaged by the customer
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Discontinued or clearance items

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

• You may return it within 28 days
• Return shipping costs will be borne by Indospark.com
• No prior approval is required

Once received and verified, we will process a replacement or refund promptly.

Refunds

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method only
• Processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of returned goods

Exchanges

If you request an exchange:

• Replacement will be dispatched after receiving the returned product
• Shipping costs for the new product will be borne by the customer

Indospark.com reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.

Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to orders placed after the effective date.
