Return Policy

• We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you have purchased from Indospark.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 28 days of the date of arrival.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be in saleable condition, in its original, undamaged packaging. We will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund.
• You will be responsible for all delivery costs associated with returning the product to Indospark.com.
• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at email@indospark.com with your order details and advise the reason for returning the product. We will send you a return form, which should always be enclosed with the goods you are returning. Goods without a return note will not be processed.
• Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Exceptions

• We do not accept returns for:
  • Products that have been used or worn
  • Products that have been damaged by the customer
  • Products that have been customized to the customer's specifications
  • Products that are discontinued or are discontinuing

Faulty Items

• If you receive a faulty item from Indospark.com, you may return it for a refund or exchange. You do not need to contact Customer Service first.
• To return a faulty item, simply return it to us in its original packaging within 28 days of the date of arrival. We will not charge you for the return shipping costs.
• Once we receive the faulty item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange a product, we will send you a new product once we have received the returned product.
• You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the new product.
